The Cosmonomicon

The Cosmonomicon refers to the entire collection of lore, designs, and other media created for or relevant to my Pokémon alternate universe (AU). The term is a reference to the Necronomicon, only with an astral twist applied as the stars play a major role in the life of this AU's main character , Memo Loir. While not the main focus of this compendium, she is the most fleshed out character so far.

The most significant difference between this alternate universe and the canonical Pokémon universe is the inclusion of gijinkas, or anthropomorphized Pokémon, in the former. In fact, the gijinka population outnumbers the human population. However, in this alternate universe there is little reason to distinguish between the two as the creation of the universe explains that humans and Pokémon are actually one and the same.
